April 27th 2011: Important Notice for iOS 4.3+ users: Please make sure you've updated to Jump Desktop 4.0 - it has a fix for an audio problem on iOS 4.3 devices.
For audio streaming to work you'll need to make sure you're connecting to your PC using the Windows Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). Please note: RDP is not supported on Windows Starter, Home and Home Premium editions of Windows.
First make sure you are connecting to your PC using RDP open Jump on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch and then tap the blue arrow next to your PC's name. Make sure the connection type is rdp. If the connection type is vnc then you will need to run the Jump Desktop Configuration Wizard on your PC and select Windows Remote Desktop in the initial screen.
Audio streaming to your device is enabled by default when you add a new computer using the RDP protocol. If you can't hear audio on your device try these steps:

This is absolutely useless and not helpful answer. I will have to rate your app 1 star if you cannot come up with a solution for this

Audio playback currently requires the RDP protocol. RDP is only available on Windows Ultimate, Professional, Enterprise or Business editions of Windows. You might be running Windows Home edition.
