Jump Desktop 4.0 adds support for Windows NLA authentication. NLA authentication is considered to be a secure method of logging into a Windows machine. When NLA mode is turned on, Jump will prompt you for Windows Credentials before you connect. You should enter your Windows user name and password in the dialog. Follow the steps below if you're unsure about what to put in as your user name.

The latest version of Jump Desktop for the PC has a User and Computer Info screen that shows your user name. To open up the Information screen click Start -> Programs -> Jump Desktop -> Options -> User and Computer Info.

Your user name should be entered exactly as shown in the User Name field. For example in the above screen shot, the user name is Administrator (this is just and example - your user name will probably be different).

Note: If you still have trouble logging in please follow these steps:  Can not login: Windows Credentials keep popping up.
