If you're having trouble logging into your computer and are continuously prompted for Windows Credentials then please make sure you read this help article: What should I enter in the Windows Credentials Prompt . If after the reading the article you're still unable to login try the following steps:

  1. Open up Jump on your iPad/iPhone and tap blue arrow next to your computer's name. This should take you to Jump's settings screen for your computer.
  2. Edit the autologon row and clear all 3 fields: user name, password and domain. Make sure these fields are completely empty. Save your settings and go back.
  3. Scroll down until you see the nla option. Disable the option.
  4. Save your settings and go back to the main Jump screen.
  5. Try reconnecting to your computer. You should be able to connect and see the familiar blue Windows login screen. Login normally.
  6. If you don't see the login screen after reconnecting and are still prompted for Windows Credentials then we'll need to turn off NLA mode on your computer as well. Try these steps on your PC:
    1. Right click Computer and then click Properties
    2. Then click the Remote Settings link.
    3. In the Remote Desktop section make sure the following setting is selected: Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure) .
    4. Apply your changes and try reconnecting using Jump.
