Jump lets you remotely access multiple computers from your device. This article shows you how to add an additional computer to Jump: 

First configure the new computer by following the instructions in the Quick Start Guide . Tip: Use the same Gmail account across all computers you want to access from Jump. Once you've finish configuring the computer you'll see a new entry appear automatically in Jump's computer list on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. Tap it to connect.

Note: Advanced users using manual configuration can tap the + button on the top right hand corner of Jump's main screen to add a new connection.
