Follow these steps if you're running Windows Server 2008 or Server 2008 R2 and can't remotely print documents to Jump:

  1. Remote Printing requires the Jump Desktop Printer driver to be installed on the server. Please make sure you've followed the steps outlined in the Remote Printing Guide. It has step by step instructions on how to install and use the drivers.
  2. If you don't see the printer icon flash in Jump Desktop when you printing to the Jump Desktop Printer then you need to change the permissions on the printer spool directory. Try following the steps outlined in the following Microsoft KB article: Microsoft Support: Cannot print from Terminal Services Easy Print on Windows server 2008.
  3. Contact support if the above doesn't help fix the problem.
