Recently using the Jump Desktop,it suddenly appear the "Problem with VNC server",after follow the instruction of "fix it" and selected recommended way to access my PC,still not working,any suggestion ?Great Thanks.

Leo, do you mean that "Problem with VNC server" message has not gone away?
If 'Problem with VNC server' is still there, please try the following steps:
1- Click on the 'Fix it' button
2- Jump Desktop Configuration Wizard should appear
3- In 'Choose a way to access your PC' select Virtual Networking Computing (VNC)
4- Follow the rest of the prompts
Once the wizard is finished, 'Problem with VNC server' message should disappear.
