Can Jump connect when Google 2-step verification is enabled?

I use Google's 2-step verification option for extra security. It gives me peace of mind that anyone who gets my password still won't get access to my email. I can only connect Jump from my android tablet to my PC when 2-step verification is disabled. Is there a way around this? I prefer the "simple" connection option.

Yes this works by using an application specific password for Jump.

Take a look at this link for more information on how to generate app-specific passwords  with Google's 2 step authentication.
