Users logging into Windows Server machines may see an error message titled: Session access denied or To log onto this remote session you must have administrative permission to this computer. 

This most common reason users see this error message is because they're trying to log into the console session as a non administrative user. To fix this try turning off Jump's Console option:

1. Edit your computer's settings in Jump by tapping the blue arrow icon next to your computer's name
2. Make sure the Console option is turned off.
3. Try re-connecting to the server.
