The Jump Desktop PC Viewer might show the following error message when connecting to Macs: No supported authentication methods . This happens because Jump Desktop PC viewer currently doesn't include support for authenticating using your Mac credentials like the iOS and Android version of Jump. We'll be releasing a fix for the issue in a future release of the PC Viewer.

In the meantime to workaround this problem please enable the VNC server on your Mac. This should fix the error message:
