Answer
Hi Tim,
Are you trying to get your iPad / iPhone / Android device to connect to your Macbook Air - or - do you want to connect to another computer from your Macbook Air?
1. If you're trying to connect to your Macbook Air using your iPad / iPhone / Android device: Try following the quick start guide by clicking on this URL on your Macbook Air: http://jumpdesktop.com/go .
2. If you're trying to connect to another computer using your Macbook Air: As of today Jump currently doesn't support this yethowever, we're working on a solution for the Mac that'll help you do this in the near future.
Let me know if you need further information.
