SSL encryption is enabled by default when you configure a VNC connection through the Jump Desktop client on your Computer. You can turn off encryption by tapping the blue arrow next to your PC's name and then setting encryption to 'off'.
Note: You can not enable SSL encryption for VNC connections that have been added manually.

Do you mean SSH?
@Gomez SSL encryption is used for Google based VNC connections. If you want to enable SSH connections, tap the blue arrow next to your server's name in Jump and edit the 'SSH' row for your server. Please note though: the SSH row only appears for manually defined connections.
