Follow these steps if you see the error message Unable to login: Error code: 6(0) when trying to connect to your PC.

This error usually occurs after you update or restore your iPad, iPhone or iPod in iTunes. Your Google login password is not restored by iTunes in this case. To fix this reenter your Google password: Open Jump on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch and tap the Settings button in the top left hand corner of the screen. Then tap the Account row, re-enter your Google password and go back to the main screen.
