To get up and running quickly, we'll use Jump Desktop's automatic configuration wizard to configure your computer and use your Google account to connect to your PC. Lets start!
Using a Mac? Try the Mac Quick Start Guide instead.
We'll start by installing Jump Desktop on your PC: Click here to start the download
Once the download completes, double click the JumpDesktopInstaller.exe file to start installation.
The Jump Desktop Configuration Wizard will automatically launch once installation completes.
Follow the Wizard instructions to configure your PC.
Make sure you enter your Google login and password on the Google login screen.
Once the Wizard finishes configuring your PC, you'll see the Jump Desktop status Window. If you don't see it, double click the Jump Desktop tray icon on the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Make sure the Jump Desktop window status says Connected and online.
Tip: If you have trouble logging in, please make sure you're using a Google account to connect: Troubleshooting login problems
Now we'll configure your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. Launch Jump on your iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch and tap the Settings button (top left hand corner of the main screen). Then tap the Email row in the Automatic Setup section.
Enter the same Google account details you used to configure Jump Desktop on your PC.
Go back to the main Jump screen. After a brief wait, you'll see your PC listed there. Simply tap your PC's name to connect.
To add more computers, just install and configure Jump Desktop on the PCs and make sure you use the same Google account during configuration. The computers will automatically show up on your iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch.

Comments
I did this just as described, yet the Droid client says the JumpDesktop pc is not online, and the PC says that it is online and connected.
I don't see any instructions for this
@Ezriderz : Can you please email support@jumpdesktop.com. We're beta testing a new version of the JD client for Android (current version is 2.0.4 - we're beta testing 2.5.9 right now). That might help fix the issue.
Hi, when I run the automatic configuration in my Windows 7 desktop, I only have the VNC option in the wizard. I would like to have RDP for play the audio in my iPad. Any idea what is happening?
