Jump Desktop for the Mac includes an 'Uninstaller' application that you can use to remove all Jump Desktop files from your system.
To uninstall Jump Desktop from the Mac search for JumpDesktop Uninstaller in Spotlight (the Spotlight icon is usually found on the top right hand corner of your Mac's desktop). Then enter your administrator credentials if asked. Thats it - Jump Desktop should now be fully removed from your system.
