If your computers are not showing online in the Windows viewer then try the following steps:
- On the computer you're connecting FROM: Make sure you're running the latest version of Jump Desktop for Windows.
- One the computer(s) you're connect TO: Make sure Fluid Remote Desktop is enable in Jump Desktop Connect.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
More details about this: In the 2nd week of December 2016 we released an automatic update to Jump Desktop Connect (version 5.0.68) that drops support for legacy connections via Google's infrastructure. To connect to your machines, you now need the new Jump Desktop for Windows app or Jump Desktop for iOS, Android or Mac. Further more, the current release of Jump Desktop for Windows (as of Dec 16th 2016) does not support RDP connections - we're working on adding this ASAP. This is why you need to make sure you enable Fluid as described in step #2 above.
