After you've installed Jump Desktop Connect on the computer you want TO access remotely, you are now ready to connect to it from almost any device:
- From an iPhone, iPad or iPod:
- Download Jump Desktop for iOS: Jump Desktop for iOS
- Open up Jump Desktop and tap the cog / settings icon at the top. Then tap the Automatic Setup section and make sure you sign in with the same account you used to setup Jump Desktop Connect on the remote computer.
- Go back to the main Jump Desktop screen and after a short wait you should see an icon for your computer. Tap to connect.
- Download Jump Desktop for Mac: Jump Desktop for Mac
- Open up Jump Desktop on your Mac and then click File -> Sign In. Sign into the same account you used to setup Jump Desktop Connect on the remote computer.
- You should see an icon for your computer. Click to connect.
We have temporarily pulled Jump Desktop for Android.
We will re-introduce the app in the future after a complete revamp however at present we are not supporting the app anymore.

I have two question, is this still free and how do you access pc remotely now because it does not show a list of pcs anymore?
I have changed phones to an iphone 6s plus when i open jump on the phone its asking for a VNC password. where do i get this?
And THANK YOU! for the instant support response telling me to use the legacy version to effect the remote update,. Excellent and such a relief.

Why is the PC software permanently necessary? It should be used for ease of configuration purposes only and then remove itself.
@Mario: It's necessary for connectivity. It turns out that simply configuring your connection isn't enough. For Jump to work from anywhere, it needs an app running on your system that assists in creating a connection to your computer (and hence needs to be running all the time).
The app and program updated and It's not connecting anymore! =/

I’m trying to get a Fluid connection from an iPhone 6 Plus iOS 12.0 to a Mac Pro running macOS v10.13.6 High Sierra but your instructions and graphics don’t match your software. I have tried logging into my account on the Mac Pro but get a window every time complaining it’s taking too long to log in. This happens using Safari, Safari Technology Preview, Firefox in safe mode and Chrome Incognito mode, Jump Desktop Connect v6.0.82. VNC Connection’s work fine. I suspect Desktop Connect is no longer compatible with Google authentication or High Sierra. Please advise.
@owndao we're looking into the 'It's taking too long' issue right now - however this should have worked in Chrome or Firefox. Safari Technology Preview at the moment has an issue (Mojave).

Just had my desktop computer repaired. It is a windows 10. The tech person uninstalled Jump and all of its components. Got my computer back and I get an error message

JumpDesktop is no longer working for me, when I log in it tells me that it was successful! but when I return to the application it keeps asking me to enter credentials again.
I want to remotely access my Windows PC from my iPad.

I turn on my computer with a pin number. But I can't connect with the pin number.
I don't remember specifying any other password for the computer.
