Follow the steps below if you see a blank screen when connecting through Jump and you have Spyware Doctor Antivirus software installed on your system.
The reason you're seeing a blank screen is mostly likely because Spyware Doctor is blocking incoming remote desktop connections to your computer. To fix this, you'll need to disable Spyware Doctor's Site Guard tool:
- Open Spyware Doctor.
- Select IntelliGuard.
- Select the Site Guard tool.
- On the left side select Disable this Guard.
- Try connecting to the computer again.
