Follow these steps if you're having trouble downloading Jump Desktop from the Android App Market:
- Make sure your payment went through successfully. If you receive an email from Google Checkout about payment authorization failing for your purchase then try repurchasing Jump and make sure your payment information is correct. You may need to use a different credit card for your purchase.
- If your payment went through successfully and you still can't download Jump Desktop then use the desktop version of the App Market to have the app sent to your device. Click this link on your computer for the desktop version of the App Market.
