Follow these steps if you're having trouble downloading Jump Desktop from the Android App Market:
- Make sure your payment went through successfully. If you receive an email from Google Checkout about payment authorization failing for your purchase then try repurchasing Jump and make sure your payment information is correct. You may need to use a different credit card for your purchase.
- If your payment went through successfully and you still can't download Jump Desktop then use the desktop version of the App Market to have the app sent to your device. Click this link on your computer for the desktop version of the App Market.

I am sorry we have pulled Jump Desktop for Android and are no longer offering this connectivity.
We will re-introduce the app in the future after a complete revamp however at present we are not supporting the app anymore.

Our organization relies on you remote desktop project for our production systems. Do you have any timeline for the release of the Android client? We have recently purchased a new android device and are needing a remote desktop solution that works for it. I am hoping we don't need to look at other solutions. Please advise on a timeline for organizational planning and budget please.

Here is a mirror that Malwarebytes says is safe and works on my Samsung S22+phone. You do get an error that it's made for an earlier version of Android (I'm running Android 13) but otherwise seems to be ok:
