I cannot Add Users from Jump Connect on a fully-up-to-date Windows 10 box. When I click Add User button in Jump Connect, which is successfully installed, it pops up a dialog window that proceeds to spin and spin and spin forever (infinite loops). I have filed an issue about this, but they just responded with installation instructions, which, for the most part or entirely, was stuff I had already done. I have sent them the Diagnostic Logs and am waiting to hear back from them. No complaints about the response time, but there is nothing I know of unusual about my Windows box, and I am wondering why the software doesn't work. At the very least, the installation procedure is multi-faceted in a way that is confusing to users. It would be nice if, when followed to the letter, it at least worked . .  . hopefully Support can show me the error of my ways? I hope so, because I really wanted this software to work. It's not just the $30. Even if they refunded that, I would be disappointed that it does not work.

    Jump Desktop Support (Edited )

@Walter - sorry you're having trouble. I took a look at your ticket and what it looks like _right now_ is that Jump is have trouble loading the login page o your Windows 10 box. _Usually_ these issues (I'm not saying that this is the case here though), happen because of third party firewalls and security apps (including just anti-virus apps) being over zealous with blocking network connections. Windows Firewall being the exception here and is usually quite good.

I'm really surprised by the fast responses on a Sunday afternoon here (don't know where you are, though). Support already got back to me and asked me a couple of questions. I just responded to them. Hopefully we will get this fixed quickly.

Do you support "Windows Hyper-V Server 2012 R2" (It is based on Server Core 2012 R2). JumpDesktop Connect does install and seems to be working, except for signing in when you click "add user". The problem is that Hyper-V Server does not come with Internet Explorer and does not support setting and launching Chrome as default browser in the normal way. (Although Google Chrome itself does work once you add a couple of DLLs). Is there a way to manually add a user? (Manually going to the sign-in url and getting a token or something to be placed somewhere)
