@don sorry you're having trouble. Can you please tell me a little more about this? How does the connection attempt fail?
It's say press here to redirect...not working ......says download apk ...says app not installed
@don. Are you trying to log into your Jump Desktop Account via the app? If so, thats strange - it should automatically open up Jump for you. Which version of Android are you running? Which web browser do you use on your Android device? Also, can you please try installing Chrome on your Android device: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.chrome&hl=en and make it the default browser?
Also - deleting the post with your phone number - don't want your personal info hanging around in the public forum.

It seems like the web browser is having difficulty opening up Jump. Which web browser opens up when you try signing in using Jump?
Can you make Chrome your default browser and see if it helps? Here's how you do that: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95417?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en
