Fluid Remote Desktop works by mirroring the physical monitors attached to the remote computer. On certain Windows motherboards, the graphics adapter switches to a very low resolution if there are no monitors attached to machine. The screen might appear stretched out when happens.
User W.Cicero has contributed a simple fix for this:
A HDMI dongle called CompuLab Display Emulator (fit-Headless) can be used to trick the effected hardware into believing a monitor is attached. with only this dongle attached, the scaling problem was resolved.
