You may fail to sign in to Jump Desktop account using your Google account. There are two possible errors:
Stuck on "Signing in..."
There was a problem signing in:
Switch web browsers: Try switching to a different web browsers by copy pasting the sign in URL into another web browser. On Android try using the official Chrome web browser. On macOS and Windows try switching to a Chrome, Firefox or Edge.
Disable third party content blockers and privacy browser add-ons: On iOS disable third party content blockers by opening up Settings -> Safari -> Content Blockers. On macOS and Windows you can temporarily disable add ons by launching in Chrome Incognito Mode or Firefox's Safe mode.
This issue is caused due to cookie deletion. Some privacy related add-ons delete Google authentication cookie. For example, we found out that Privacy Badger add-on breaks down Google sign in on Jump Desktop website.
The solution is to either disable Privacy Badger for Jump Desktop website or slide yellow slides to green.
