Microsoft released an automatic update on July 10th 2018 which caused problems with networking apps on Windows. Microsoft has since released another set of updates on July 16th 2018 which fixes the issues caused by the previous update.
If you were using automatic setup and can no longer connect to your Windows machine (particularly Windows 7 or Windows Server 2012 machines), then please install the following updates manually on your machine:

- Windows Server 2012 R2: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4345424
- Windows 10: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4345421
