No, Jump Desktop can be setup so that you have complete, unattended access to the remote computer. To setup unattended access remote access follow these steps:
- On the computer you want to unattended access to, download and install the Connect app: https://jumpdesktop.com/connect .
- After you install the Connect app, make sure you click the Add Remote Access User link (this can be found in the left hand section of the UI), and add your Jump Desktop account as a remote access user.
- Finally open up Jump Desktop on your iPad / iPhone / Android / Mac or Windows machines and you should now see a new icon for your computer. Tap it to connect. You'll see a dialog that prompts you for your Mac Credentials or Windows Credentials. Please make sure you enter the password you use to log into the remote machine here. Once you do this, you'll be connected to your computer.

I've tried this and it doesnt work
You need a new tech writer. All of your documentation is very unclear. I can never tell which is which, i.e. desktop and remote, in your language. As a result I get an infinite loop where my remote connects to my desktop and the desktop connects to the remote, repeat, repeat... How about saying:
Install ??? on the computer you want to share.
and:
Install ??? on the remote computer.
Alternatively you could have one application with a buttons saying something like "click here to share this computer" and "click here in this is a remote computer/device"
