How to permanently allow jumpupdater.exe to connect jump server using Simplewall without manually pressing allow button

Hi Jump support,

I have installed a free Simplewall software source from:

on my remote PC. 

Problem: Simplewall detected there was an outbound traffic from jumpupdater.exe. If the remote PC user did not allow (because the user forgot the step to press allow button) jumpupdater.exe to establish outbound traffic, the jump remote connection would fail to work. 

Hence, I could not connect the remote PC by launching Jump Desktop, the PC would show 

grey color as opposed to light blue.

I would like to create a rule to permanently allow the jumpupdater.exe to connect in Simplewwall. I tried but still not working. Could you help?
