RDP file transfer not working

Hi, I'm trying to transfer files with RDP, I have set up the folder in the Jump Desktop preferences and enabled the sharing options in the computer properties. Nothing happens.

I can see a 'tsclient' shared computer from windows, but no shared folders are present.

OSX viewer, Windows Server 2012 R2 client.

Any suggestion? Thanks

  Hi,

   1. Make sure you enable Audio redirection as described in this help article: https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/articles/216425103-Mac-Windows-RDP-folder-sharing-does-not-work-when-connecting-to-Windows-

  2. You also might want to make sure that the remote server hasn't explicitly disabled folder redirection: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc725887(v=ws.10).aspx

  That's it! It was the audio. Thanks a lot, you should write it in the view, so it becomes more intuitive.
