Can't connect with "VNC Connect"

I downloaded the latest from RealVNC server which is VNC Connect and now I cannot connect with Jump from my Android.  I am able to connect using the VNC Connect app.  I tried creating a new Jump connection with the host's IP address while on the same network, but still unable.  Please advise.  Thanks!

  Whats the error code you see when trying to connect?

  If you're open to It, download and install Jump Desktop Connect on the remote computer: https://jumodesktop.com/go . It includes a new protocol called Fluid Remote Desktop that is more secure, faster and more bandwidth efficient than VNC. Plus - you don't need to worry about IP addresses - it works from everywhere.
