Problem finding remote Mac on my PC

I installed Jump Desktop on my PC (Win10), then Jump Desktop Connect on my Mac (OSX El Capitan). I also have Jump Desktop on my iPad and can see my Mac just fine, but for some reason I can't see my Mac from my PC. It still says "Almost done! Add computers to your account." The Mac is showing my account as an authorized user, so I'm not sure what else I'm missing. Please let me know, thank you!

  On your Mac OS machine, open up Jump Desktop Connect and then please make sure you enable 'Fluid Remote Desktop' as outlined here: https://jumpdesktop.com/getfluid . Once enabled, it should show you the icon on the Windows machine.
