IOS 11 Update on I-Pad Pro Login problem

    This is not a known issue. The only known issue with iOS 11 was not being able to enter your credentials where the "Windows Credentials" or "Mac Credentials" dialog is shown. This was fixed in Jump Desktop 7.4 which was released last week.

    Can you tell us a little more about this? Which OS are you trying to connect to? Ideally please email with a few more details (we might ask you for logs etc which is not appropriate to post publically).
