Don't work clipboard(copy paste)

When I connect using Jump Desktop Mac OS to MS Windows Server 2008 and 2012 sometimes doesn't work copy paste Solution I founded is restart rdpclip.exe process on remote machines But I have to do it every time when copy paste stops  working If I connect via windows rdp client I have no this problem. How to fix it?
