Window Machine wont connect to Mac

I have Jump desk installed on my work and home computers. Work is a windows machine and home is a Imac running Sierra. I am able to connect from home to work but not work to home. I can connect to home from my iphone. I'm not sure what's wrong? I cant even see the Mac from my work pc.
