Black bars on iPad screen when connecting using VNC

Hi, I am connecting to macbook from iPad Pro (31.0) and observing black bars above and below. Newest Ios and newest app version. I observe it also when I connect to Mac mini headless. How can this be fixed? I’d like to use whole iPad  screen area.
