    Hi,

    Which platform are you connecting from? Can you shoot an email to support@jumpdesktop.com? We'll need your exported server lists to tell if this is an existing computer. Also did you by any chance click the "VNC"  checkbox in Jump Desktop Connect's "Advanced" settings? Green means VNC.
