First off...  Adam Morris.   What is wrong with you????  You only need ONE copy of can't "watch now live stream" cause it isn't live anymore.  The 100's of copies is childish of you.

    Now, back to the topic.

    Vlad has a good point.

I've one customer with several computers set up in Portrait Mode (1050 x 2560) resolution.  In TeamViewer, I get a 1:1 pixel ration with a scroll bar on the right so that I can scroll down on my 1440 pixel monitor and see it all.

Jump Desktop "scales" it down to a very unreadable small window.  I did figure out that if I drag the top up to the edge, it will expand to both of my two monitors (stacked, not side by side) and that works.  Or, if I actually rotate my secondary monitor to portrait mode, it's bigger than theirs and that also works.  However, If I'm out in the field when they need help and I'm limited to my laptop screen, I am unable to even read thier little itty bitty scalled monitor (1050 x 2650 fitted to a x1080 tall monitor).

We need the ability to zoom to a 1:1 ratio with scroll bars.

Edit:  P.S. This is my first post on this forum.

Accurate 1:1 resolution scaling is absolutely crucial for certain technical fields. Engineering and drafting software relies on accurate resolution scaling, and output can be inconsistent when using Jump Desktop.

We need the ability to force Jump Desktop to match the resolution of the remote PC 1:1. I'm surprised it doesn't have this feature by now.
