Run command on client connect/disconnect (Windows Server)

Would be helpful if the servers had an option to specify a script to run pre-client-connect and post-client-disconnect.  Especially useful would be if that script was given some information, such as the client name and the client's native resolution.  That would let me do things like automatically resize the display to something appropriate.
