Windows 7 machine monitors won't turn on after RDP session

I have a number of machines that I connect to via RDP and Fluid.  Most computers respond fine after logging off.  But I have 1 machine, that after I disconnect from an RPD session, the local screen, keyboard, and mouse don't seem to want to work.

The only way to get it back is to either hard reboot, or login via a Fluid session and reboot the computer.
