    Also the keyboard will stop typing on the remote desktop. I am able to get it back with a 3 finger tap to toggle the onscreen keyboard.

    I had the same issue. Closing Jump Desktop on the iPad and re-opening helped me.

    I have the same issue with my Mac. Though hitting shift doesn’t make it lower case. I can only type capitals with the Smart Keyboard.

    Same issue with Logitech Folio Pro keyboard. Any solution to this problem? The problem is only within JumpDesktop.

    Having the same problem. It used to help if I logged out but that doesn't help today

    Hello folks - anyone else have luck in finding this out?  We have the same issue using Jump and while typing it kicks into all Upper Case.  

    iPad Pro 11" 3rd Gen using updated Jump client and a Logi cover/keyboard.

    Logitech does not have any answers - anything would be appreciated.
