Can't remote connect - Windows 10 / iPad ios

I am trying to access my windows 10 PC, remotely from my iPad.

I was able to do that successfully up until a couple of months ago. What changed is that my PC showed up on my iPad just greyed out and it would never connect.

Today I deleted and reinstalled the iPad app, and reinstalled Jump Desktop connect on my PC, hoping that would fix the problem. When I reinstalled the app on the ipad my PC was no longer visible, and when I reinstalled Jump Desktop Connect on my PC, it says:

I have no idea how to fix this problem. Could someone please guide me?
