iPad Pro 13 inches blurred display

I use two iPad devices to connect to my Windows PC.

On of these is a ipad Pro 10 inches. On this one the display (using fluid) works well.

The second ipad is 13 inches (3rd Gen). On this one the display looks blurry all the time, up to the point where it becomes unusable.

Both tablets are located at the exact same distance of the router and achieve pretty similar speeds when connected to the web.

I have tried different display resolutions but the problem happens in all cases.

I was told by someone at Jumpdesktop that this happens because network bandwidth is not enough. However the blurry display happens as well even when the table is connected through an Ethernet adapter directly to the router. So bandwidth does not seem to be the cause.
