iPad to Windows not prompting for ‘ask’ connect
This was working at one point. When I add the IPad to the Jump config, the Win10 system shows up on the iPad Jump connect but when I try to share, the ‘ask’ prompt doesn’t appear on the Win10 system

Hi Al. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems that the 'Ask' prompt does not appear on the Win10 system when you try to share the screen.
To resolve this issue, please make sure that you are connecting to the Windows 10 machine using the fluid protocol. You can check this by looking for a light blue-colored icon in the iPad app for your computer. If you are not connecting using the fluid protocol, please switch to it.
Once you have established a connection using the fluid protocol, please tap and hold the connection icon on the iPad and click 'Ask to share screen'. This should prompt the 'Ask' prompt to appear on the Win10 system, and you should be able to share the screen.
