No Sound/Audio from Mac to Mac
I have followed all the directions I can find in the community and the knowledge base, and the steps to fix my problem either don't exist or they don't work.
I'm connecting TO a Mac Studio (2022) with M1 Max, running Monterey (12.6) - my WORK computer. I've installed the latest version of Jump Desktop Connect, created the Multi-output Device, and enabled JD Audio in the Audio MIDI Setup. I've also selection that Multi-output device under the sound icon in the menu bar.
I'm connecting FROM a Mac Pro (Mid 2010) with 2x2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, running Sierra (10.12.6) - my HOME computer. I CANNOT update my OS further than that without losing functionality of Final Cut Studio applications. I'm running Jump Desktop version 8.2.22 - at the moment - because the newest version won't install on this computer. I have an email in to support about getting a newer version than this, however, because I need dual monitor display functionality. But, obviously, I will never be able to install the newest version on this particular machine.
I've tried all the different sound options on my HOME computer, but I still get nothing. I really love the speed of Jump versus what I've been using (Splashtop Business), but I must have sound in order to invest or purchasing Jump is pointless.
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Kevin. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems that you're experiencing sound issues with Jump Desktop when connecting to your work computer from your home computer. Based on the information provided, it's recommended to update to version 8.5.15 on your home computer.
