simultaneous connections is not working in RDP plz help

Jump Desktop supports simultaneous connections, so it should not be an issue. However, if you are connecting to the same computer over RDP, please note that Windows Pro has a limitation that only supports one RDP connection at a time. If you need to use multiple simultaneous RDP connections to the server, you will need to connect to Windows Server instead.
