Why is Jump Desktop free on Windows but costs $$ on iOS and macOS?

Hi Yousuf, Thank you for reaching out to us. Jump Desktop provides a great remote desktop experience across different platforms. However, there are differences between Windows, Mac, and iOS, the basic functionality of Jump Desktop on Windows is free, but some advanced features are only available through a subscription with Jump Desktop for Teams.

Why is it free to use on Windows but you cannot use Jump Desktop at all on iOS or Mac without paying?

What an awful answer from the support team here, followed up by completely ignoring the customer? I do not see how this interaction would ever make potential customers (like myself) ever actually want to purchase your product.
