Protocol problem Error code = 11, suberror = 0

Trying to connect to a macbook-pro from a windows machine.

On latest versions of Jump Desktop and Jump Desktop Connect.

Not sure what to do, nothing on this error exists in the support portal.

  Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Error 11 indicates that Mac does not have permission for screen recording. To resolve the issue, please allow or permit Jump Desktop Connect to record your screen.
