I’m still waiting your update for this error
I repoerted this error separately. But I’ve not received any update for some days. Please help fix this error. I really need to use your service normally.
[Problem]
When I remotely adjust my MacBook with Jump-to-Desktop, when I type in Korean, it is normal, but when I type in English, the key input is recognized with command key.
For example, when I press C, Macbook execute copy(cmd+C) and when I press V, excecute paste. so I can't type anything in English. How can we solve this?I
[My device]
From : ipad 11” pro gen3 with logitech combo touch. (But when I use jumpdesk without combo touch keyboard, the same problem occurs. It doesn’t matter about my keyboard)
To : Mackboock 13 pro M1 2021 (When I access to my window laptop, there is no problem)
