(Re-happening)Recognized as a function when typing in English

When I remotely adjust my MacBook pro(2021 M1) with Jump-to-Desktop, when I type in Korean, it is normal, but when I type in English, the key input is recognized with command key, so I can't type it, and only the function Like copying and pasting is executed.

How can I solve this?

Few days ago, it was solved, but same problem occurs again now. I'm suffering it in Macbook Pro through both window and ipad.

Problem Description : When typing Korean, it's normal. When typing English, Macbook recognize the key with "command" key
For example, when type "c", Copy function(Cmd + C) is excuted. and when type "v", paste function(cmd + v) is excuted. All of keys are excuted with "CMD" key
Environment : 
1. ipad 11" 3rd gen -> Macbook pro 13" 2021 M1
2. Window 10 HP note book -> Macbook pro 13" 2021 M1
