Hi Yogi, Thanks for reaching out to us.

If you are connecting to a Windows machine and experiencing audio issues, it's likely that you need to install the virtual audio driver on the remote Windows machine. You can use this link to download the virtual audio driver https://vb-audio.com/Cable/

    1. While connected to the remote Windows machine, download and install the virtual audio driver.
    2. Once installed, navigate to the audio settings on the remote Windows machine and change the default output device to the virtual audio driver.
    3. You should be able to hear audio on your local device and it will not be heard on the remote Windows machine

Abdul, what about if I want Jump to use the headset on my local machine? I need to have calls using JD and for some reason he doesn't see my headset in my local machine.

    Hi Sergio,

At the moment, we don’t support sending the iPad microphone to Windows yet.

Hi JD team. Would you have a date to have this feature working? I might be wrong but I believe the Amazon Workspaces (remote desktop service of Amazon) has a iPad client and they were able to send the mic from iPad to Remote Windows Machine (hope it helps in someway).
