Using Jump on windows, mic forwarding

Hi all,

 

I'm new to JD and my company uses it.

I'm on a windows machine and it drives me crazy that every time I want to have a call, I have to go out of jump desktop and use teams in my computer or slack for a call!!!

I remember I read here about that feature was working, is it?If it's working, what must I do for JD to detect my headset and use it for calls?

  Hi Sergio,

  At the moment, Mic forwarding is currently not supported on Windows machines. However, it works when connecting from Mac to Mac machines, but not in other cases.
  Rest assured, we are actively working on adding this Mic Forwarding for Windows Machine in the future.

  Any update on this? It's been quite some time and mic redirection is still not available. We even had to start setting up VPN and RDP to servers as customers need the mic to work.
