Screenshot shortcut from Mac to Mac not working

I am trying to use the screenshot shortcut of CMD-Shift-4 to take a screenshot of a portion of a window. It works locally on the client and host machine, but when using JumpDesk, it will not work. CMD-Shift-3 works fine in JumpDesk, but I need the ability to take screenshots of smaller areas.

  Hi Cresta,

  For this issue, after connecting make sure Remote -> ‘Mac Shortcuts’ option is checked.
  Then try pressing Cmd+Shift+4.

  Okay - this DOES work. I realize that the bug is that it does not change the cursor from the pointer to the cross-hairs, so visually there is no clue that you've activated the screenshot tool.

  Is there a way to activate the cross-hairs so that you can tell that the screenshot has been activated?
